Mom and dad get to join in on this fun and interactive 45 minute class! Come along with your little one as they discover not only early gymnastics skills but also essential cognitive enrichment (letters, numbers, shapes etc) through gross motor gymnastics activities. This class will help strengthen muscle control, flexibility, and coordination as they rotate between activities on bars, balance beam, floor and trampoline.
