Gymnastics
Recreational, Xcel, and Junior Olympic competitive teams — preschool through high school.
Ninja Warrior
Beginner through Advanced, invitation-only Ninja Team, and Adult Ninja — ages 6 and up.
Fitness Membership
Cardio and weight room access for parents while their athlete is in class.

Spencer Johnson — Founder & Head Coach
Spencer Johnson’s 17-year pursuit of an Olympic dream began at age 9 — moving away from home at 14, living with host families, and becoming an elite-level athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He retired ranked in the top 30 gymnasts in the U.S.
In 2013 he started a boys’ program that became the fastest-growing in Iowa. Voted USA Gymnastics Iowa State Chairman in 2014, he’s since tripled statewide boys’ enrollment and coached his athletes to national medals — including a gold medal national title in 2016.
To inspire, encourage, and motivate future generations to persevere by demonstrating a strong and humble work ethic.

Birthday parties at Emerge
Kids ages 5–12 spend the party in gymnastics, ninja, and other fun activities across our 25,000+ sq ft facility — foam pits, trampolines, and ninja obstacles included.
We handle the setup — you just bring the cake.
