Pick whichever is easiest for your family. Both fulfill the same requirement.

Create an account
When creating the account, checking the box agreeing to our terms and policies is what fulfills our waiver requirement. Special event participants will not need to save a card on file.
Create Account & Add Student(s)2
Download & print waiver
Download and print the waiver. It must be fully filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Printable Waiver* Anyone who wants to be on the floor – including parents or field trip staff – will need to have a waiver on file. Parents can easily do this by adding themselves as a student to their online account.
