Tiny Tots

Mom and dad get to join in on this fun and interactive 45 minute class! Come along with your little one as they discover not only early gymnastics skills but also essential cognitive enrichment (letters, numbers, shapes etc) through gross motor gymnastics activities. This class will help

strengthen muscle control, flexibility, and coordination as they rotate between activities on bars, balance beam, floor and trampoline.

Super Tots

3-4 ½ year olds

Our Super Tots classes promote confidence and independence as your child participates in class without mom or dad. In this class, your preschooler will continue to build their gross motor and cognitive development as coaches incorporate essential cognitive milestones (letters, numbers, shapes, and colors) while learning early gymnastics skills. Your child will learn progressive skills to prepare them for the next level of gymnastics. Our Super Tots classes are also a great way to promote great social skills, like taking turns, sharing, listening, and following direction.

Kangaroo Kids

4 ½ -6 year olds

Kangaroo Kids classes are based on progressive lesson plans that refine basic gymnastics skills and are the next step to building strength and coordination. This class continues to promote cognitive development (letters, numbers, etc.) while enhancing gymnastics skills. Your gymnast will learn skills on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, and trampoline and is a great way to build social skills, confidence and independence and prepare your child to be physically fit for any sport.

Mighty Mustangs

4 ½ – 6yrs old

Mighty mustangs is for Kangaroo Kids that are excelling at a faster than normal pace. It is an invitation only class. Girls and boys classes will be ran separate and will offer more challenging curriculum.
