What is the cost of Xcel?

  • 2 times a week (4 hours)       $187/month & $35 annual fee
  • 2 times a week (6 hours)       $214/month & $35 annual fee
  • 3 times a week (9 hours)       $278/month & $35 annual fee

 

How is Xcel different from the Jr. Olympic (J.O.) Program?

Xcel is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. Because the time commitment is much less for Xcel, it allows for students to also take part in other school activities and sports where the Junior Olympic program would not.

Levels of Xcel: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond

First of all, the commitment to time in the gym is far less than the Junior Olympic Program. Xcel athletes may spend less time in the gym, but still get to enjoy competing and being part of a gymnastics team.

Finally is affordability. With less time in the gym, monthly tuition is lower. Xcel also attends fewer competitions which helps to keep expenses down.

Second, each Xcel participant can create their routines based on the skills they know and are confident with.
